Besides that, their search is ridiculous and gives results based on every word in the game title so you have to page through the results to find it. Now you have to search for the game via a tab in the Game Manager, pretend you are purchasing it, then, when it reports that you already own the game, it will install with no problem. Google it and you'll find others complaining about it as well. Well that doesn't work for members who have purchased too many games as it errors out with a 1404 code. They added something called Purchase History where it is supposed to link to all your games via Game Manager so you can install that way.
